My name is Johanna Wehle and I am “bunt” (ger. “colorful”). Combining my love of storytelling, culinary art and positive social change, I am buntart (homonym of German: “bunt” = “colorful” + “Art” = “way of being” and English “bunt” + “art”).
On the following pages you will find films, works of art and german texts, as well as informations on the subject of stress and stress management + a brief outline of my culinary projects.
About me
I was born in the tranquil littler village of “Gangkofen” in Lower Bavaria. In addition to working as a Social Worker (FH) for over 10 years, I successfully trained as a psychological counselor and worked independently in stress management.
After several years of editorial work as a specialist editor (social law and healthcare), I co-founded the very successful social cookbook project “Home in a Bowl” in 2015/16. “Home in a Bowl” has since become an association that brings people from different cultural backgrounds together through cooking, food and other enjoyable projects. I have been a creative member of the multimedia ensemble “bluespots productions” since 2013 and cooperate with the queerfeminist “MehrKollektiv” since 2020. As a certified screenwriter, I have successfully realized various writing and film projects independently.
